Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Scope and eligibility
These terms govern use of InvoiceFlow by business customers. By creating a workspace, you confirm that you act for a business and are authorized to bind it. The operator identity is shown at the end of this page. Consumer use is not intended.
2. Account and workspace
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and ensure that team members are authorized. Company membership, not a browser-supplied company ID, determines access. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.
3. Service description
InvoiceFlow imports eligible marketplace orders, helps identify missing invoices, creates seller-issued invoices and credit notes, generates PDF documents and provides reporting. Connector availability depends on marketplace approval, credentials and seller authorization. Descriptions on the public website are factual product descriptions, not a guarantee of marketplace approval or legal compliance.
A PDF is not a structured E-Rechnung. XRechnung and ZUGFeRD generation is not currently implemented. InvoiceFlow does not replace tax, legal or accounting advice.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for seller identity, tax configuration, invoice content, legal wording, marketplace compliance, customer data rights and the accuracy of imported data. You must not use InvoiceFlow to create counterfeit marketplace documents or misrepresent the invoice issuer.
5. Plans, usage and billing
Paid plans and limits are displayed in the product and are enforced server-side. Usage is counted when an invoice is issued. Stripe is the billing source of truth. Plan changes take effect only after verified provider events. Failure to pay may limit new usage while existing records remain accessible, subject to the provider state and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use and availability
You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant or role controls, upload malicious files, send spam, or use the service to violate law or marketplace terms. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur.
7. Data, IP and termination
You retain rights in your company and invoice data. You grant the operator the rights needed to process it for the service. The software, brand and documentation remain the operator’s or licensors’ property. You may stop using the service; financial records may be retained where legally required. The operator may suspend accounts for security, abuse or legal reasons. Ownership transfer and account deletion workflows are not yet automated and require operator handling.
8. Liability, changes and law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond mandatory law. Liability limitations and the governing law must be completed and reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will publish the new date. Mandatory consumer or business protections remain unaffected.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the contact page. This is a configurable template and requires legal review before production launch.
