Product
A focused workflow for marketplace invoicing.
InvoiceFlow connects supported marketplace orders to a seller-owned invoice workflow. It is not an all-in-one ERP, and it does not pretend to be one.
Marketplace order import
Normalized orders from Amazon, eBay and eMAG, with connector-specific authorization and limitations clearly shown.
Missing invoice detection
Eligible imported orders are checked against existing invoices. Cancelled, Amazon-managed, tax-review and missing-data orders are excluded with explainable reasons.
Invoice generation
Generate a seller invoice from an order or create a manual invoice. InvoiceFlow assigns its own legal number and stores immutable snapshots.
Credit notes
Full and partial credits reference the original invoice. Cumulative crediting is checked; the original document is never deleted.
Multi-currency
Use the marketplace transaction currency. FX reporting rates are explicit; invoices are never silently converted.
Multi-language
PDF templates support English, German, Romanian and Hungarian.
Company isolation
Every order, invoice, customer, integration, team member and subscription is scoped to a company workspace.
Tax review
Issued invoice totals are recalculated server-side. Marketplace tax differences and missing tax data are surfaced for review.
Accountant workflow
Invite an accountant with restricted access to invoices, credit notes, customers, orders and reports.
Scope, honestly
What InvoiceFlow does not claim
It does not replace your tax adviser and does not guarantee legal or tax compliance.
It does not upload invoices to marketplaces unless a verified connector workflow exists. eBay and Amazon uploads are not offered.
A PDF is not automatically a structured E-Rechnung. XRechnung and ZUGFeRD generation is not implemented yet.
Marketplace names identify interoperability only; no partnership or certification is implied.
