InvoiceFlow is a focused invoicing workspace for sellers who operate across marketplaces. The product exists because reconciling orders, invoices and missing documents across separate seller systems creates unnecessary operational work.
Principles
Useful software, not compliance theatre.
The seller is the invoice issuer. InvoiceFlow generates seller-branded documents; it does not counterfeit marketplace receipts or imply that a marketplace issued the invoice.
Connector status is shown truthfully. Amazon, eBay and eMAG require their own approvals and seller authorization. Marketplace names describe interoperability, not partnership.
Structured e-invoicing is treated separately from PDF. A PDF is never labelled as an E-Rechnung.
Tax and legal treatment belongs with the seller and their adviser. InvoiceFlow provides software, not tax advice.
