Marketplace integration
eMAG orders in the same invoice workspace.
InvoiceFlow uses the official eMAG Marketplace API for authorized sellers. It imports eligible orders and keeps invoice numbering, PDFs and credit notes under your company’s control.
What is supported
Designed for eMAG’s seller workflow.
The eMAG connector uses the official Marketplace API and the seller’s API credentials. Live access may require seller-side authorization and IP allowlisting. InvoiceFlow validates credentials before presenting a live connection.
- Official eMAG Marketplace API
- Order normalization into the shared order model
- Missing invoice detection and status reasons
- Seller invoices with InvoiceFlow legal numbering
- Credit notes for refunds and partial corrections
Current requirements
You need active eMAG seller API access. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the browser. Marketplace-side invoicing capabilities and legal requirements can differ by account and country; verify them with eMAG and your tax adviser.
eMAG names identify interoperability only. No partnership or certification is implied.
