Marketplace integration
eBay orders without a second invoicing system.
InvoiceFlow uses eBay OAuth 2.0 seller consent and the Sell Fulfillment API. The connection is read-only and the invoice remains your own seller-issued document.
How it works
Authorize once. Keep orders and invoices together.
The seller authorizes InvoiceFlow through eBay’s official consent screen. InvoiceFlow stores the refresh token encrypted, refreshes access automatically and imports eligible orders with idempotent order and item upserts.
- OAuth 2.0 with a single-use, expiring state
- Read-only Sell Fulfillment scope
- 90-day initial window and incremental sync overlap
- Marketplace tax and customer data preserved separately from your invoice calculation
- PDF and credit notes without claiming marketplace upload
Authorization and limitations
eBay developer credentials, a Registered Redirect URL and seller consent are required. Live order import is not available without those approvals. InvoiceFlow does not upload invoice PDFs through the current eBay Fulfillment API and never marks a marketplace upload as successful when it did not happen.
eBay buyer data availability and tax treatment remain subject to eBay’s API and the seller’s legal obligations. Review tax data with your accountant.
