Marketplace integration
Amazon orders, handled with the current Selling Partner API.
InvoiceFlow uses Login with Amazon and Amazon Orders API v2026-01-01. It does not use the deprecated Orders v0 API and does not pretend to have an EU invoice-upload workflow that Amazon does not offer.
What the connector does
Orders in. Invoices out. No fake marketplace receipts.
Authorized sellers connect through Seller Central consent. InvoiceFlow exchanges the authorization code, stores the refresh token encrypted, refreshes short-lived access tokens automatically, and verifies real Sellers and Orders API access before showing the connection as connected.
Eligible orders are normalized with marketplace, currency, customer, item, tax and proceeds fields where returned. Missing buyer data due to Amazon role restrictions never fails the whole sync; the order is imported with a clear review reason.
- Orders API v2026-01-01 · searchOrders
- Incremental lastUpdatedAfter sync with idempotent upserts
- Buyer/recipient data only when explicitly authorized
- INVOICE_BY_AMAZON recognized; no duplicate seller invoice
- Missing invoice detection and credit-note workflow
Current limitations
Amazon app approval and seller consent are required. EU buyer invoice data normally requires the restricted Tax Invoicing role; email is not required and is not requested via a separate restricted role.
Orders v2026 does not expose an explicit payment-status field. InvoiceFlow records orders as pending rather than claiming payment confirmation.
Amazon’s current Invoices API documented for Brazil is not used as an EU upload API. InvoiceFlow generates, stores and downloads the PDF; it does not upload it to Amazon.
No partnership or endorsement is implied. Marketplace names are interoperability references.
